This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 36.0 kDa. The protein migrates as 38-45 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

标记（Labeling）
The primary amines in the side chains of lysine residues and the N-terminus of the protein are conjugated with FITC using standard chemical labeling method. The residual FITC is removed by molecular sieve treatment during purification process.

FITC-Labeled Human Nectin-4, His Tag on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 95%.
活性（Bioactivity）-ELISA
Immobilized Anti-Nectin-4 Antibody, Mouse IgG1 at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind FITC-Labeled Human Nectin-4, His Tag (Cat. No. NE4-HF2H3) with a linear range of 10-78 ng/mL (QC tested).

活性（Bioactivity）-FACS
2e5 of anti-Nectin-4 CAR-293 cells were stained with 100 μL of 10 μg/mL of FITC-Labeled Human Nectin-4, His Tag (Cat. No. NE4-HF2H3) and negative control protein respectively, FITC signal was used to evaluate the binding activity (QC tested).
