过表达细胞系

基因过表达是指通过慢病毒、电转等细胞转染方式,提高某特定基因的表达水平,从而实现基因的功能增强(gain of function)。基因过表达作为一种传统的分子生物学技术,被认为是研究基因功能的实验策略之一,至今依然在生物学研究中发挥着重要作用。过表达稳定细胞系(Overexpression Stable Cell Lines)则是基于某一细胞系构建的用于实现某特定基因的持续过表达的产物。过表达细胞系通过将目的基因构建到表达载体上,通过慢病毒侵染等方式导入宿主细胞,整合到染色体上,使目的抗原在宿主细胞膜表面进行长期稳定的表达。
