Zytokin-Nachweis-ELISA-Kits

ClinMax™ Cytokine/Biomarker Detection ELISA Kits

ACROBiosystems is dedicated to providing high-quality ELISA products for biopharmaceutical research. The ClinMax™ series provides a list of ready-to-use immunoassay kits that have been validated in multiple types of biological samples. We currently offer quantitative assay kits for variety of targets including biomarkers and cytokines. The kits are thoroughly validated to ensure inter- and intra-assay precision, specificity, accuracy, and sensitivity in analytical results. Additionally, strict manufacturing and quality control standards are implemented to ensure consistency across different batches. To facilitate the comparability of results between ClinMax™ kits and those from other manufacturers, we provide correction factors based on the comparison of our kit standards with NIBSC/WHO standards.

Pre-Purchase Questions

1. Can product data such as inter-assay consistency data and method validation reports be provided?

ACRO ClinMax™ kits are validated based on ICH M10 guidelines, with performance data (inter-assay/intra-assay precision, dilution linearity, recovery) included in the method validation report. To obtain the complete report, contact ACRO Technical Support.

2. Are the standards in the kit calibrated with NIBSC/WHO international standards?

When available, our standards are anchored to NIBSC/WHO international reference materials. Correction factors are provided in the product webpage. If you have any questions, refer to the product webpage or contact technical support.

3. Has the kit been validated for matrix interference?

Our kits are validated to tolerate interference from:
• Cell culture media(X-VIVO, DMEM etc.)
• Hemoglobin (2% v/v)
• Triglycerides (≤3 mg/mL)
• Bilirubin (≤20 mg/dL)
Full validation data is available in the method validation reports, please contact ACRO sales and technical support.

4. Do the internal components have separate catalog numbers? Can technical details (antibody species, subtype) be disclosed? Can components be purchased separately?

For information of kit components, please contact ACRO sales and technical support.

5. Has the kit been tested with human specimens?

Yes, our kits are validated using healthy human serum/cell supernatant specimens. Validation includes:
• Healthy donor serum/cell supernatant (n=30 minimum)
• Spike-and-recovery testing in clinical matrices (≥80% recovery required)

6. What fitting equation is recommended for standard curve analysis?

The four-parameter logistic (4PL) equation is recommended, as it is the most widely used fitting method for immunoassays internationally. The 4PL equation is suitable for various curve shapes, including monotonic curves (exponential, logarithmic, hyperbolic) and sigmoidal curves. Please notice that the X value must not be less than 0 (since exponents are real numbers).

7. What is the typical OD value at the ULOQ of the standard curve for the kit?

The ULOQ OD value for ClinMax™ ELISA kit standard curve is typically between 2.0 and 2.5. Slight variations may occur due to differences in the real laboratory conditions.
