用PD-1 [Biotinylated] : PD-L1 Inhibitor Screening ELISA Kit(Cat. No. EP-101)作为例子进行分析:
实验分为四步:
  • 包被PD-L1于板孔中;
  • 加入生物素化的Human PD-1,结合板孔中的PD-L1;
  • 加入需要筛选的抑制剂;
  • 加入Streptavidin-HRP进行显色。
最后,通过比较不同实验组之间的OD读数,可以确定抑制剂抑制PD-1:PD-L1结合的能力
