免疫检查点蛋白

免疫检查点(immune checkpoint)是免疫系统功能的关键调节因子。针对免疫检查点开发抗体药物用于癌症、肿瘤、自身免疫病等疾病的治疗是免疫疗法的重要手段。CTLA-4和PD-1/PD-L1是目前研究广泛的抑制性免疫检查点途径,通过阻断免疫检查点来治疗恶性肿瘤的研究已经扩展到对LAG-3、TIM-3、TIGIT、VISTA、B7-H3等免疫共抑制分子的抗体药开发,同时针对OX40、ICOS、GITR、4-1BB、CD40等免疫共刺激分子靶向药物也处于研发阶段。因此,如何高效开展免疫检查点分子抗体药物的研发仍是目前的关注重点。
