This protein carries a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus, followed by an Avi tag (Avitag™).
The protein has a calculated MW of 47.7 kDa. The protein migrates as 55-70 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

Immobilized Human CD27 Ligand, Fc Tag at 10 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Biotinylated Human CD27, Fc,Avitag (Cat. No. TN7-H82F6) with a linear range of 2-78 ng/mL (QC tested).

Flow Cytometry assay shows that Biotinylated Human CD27, Fc,Avitag (Cat. No. TN7-H82F6) can bind to Raji cells Surface Human CD70. The concentration of CD27 used is 10 μg/mL (Routinely tested).
