背景
NAPI-IIb, NaPi-2b, Npt2b, or SLC34A2 enables sodium:phosphate symporter activity. Acts upstream of or within in utero embryonic development and phosphate ion transport. Located in apical plasma membrane and brush border. Is expressed in several structures, including egg cylinder; genitourinary system; small intestine; and tooth.
