应用说明（Application）
R-PE Antibody Labeling Kit uses a simple and quick process for PE conjugation of antibody. The conjugated antibody can be used straight away without further purification step and antibody loss.
It is for research use only.
背景（Background）
R-Phycoerythrin (PE) is an orange fluorescent protein which has an excitation wavelength of 488 nm/561 nm and an emission wavelength of 575nm. R-PE Antibody Labeling Kit provides a rapid and simple method to covalently link via the interchain disulfide bonds of the antibody.
原理（Assay Principles）
R-PE antibody Labeling kit provides a rapid and simple method to covalently link via disulfide bonds in the hinge region of antibody.

存储（Storage）
1. Unopened kit should be stored at -20℃ upon receiving.
2. Find the expiration date on the outside packaging and do not use reagents past their expiration date.

2.5e5 RC222 cells (anti-CD19 CAR-293 cells, G4S linker is used in CARs) and jurkat cells (with expression of the CD3 antigen) were stained with 100μL of 1μg/mL PE labeled antibody, and analyzed with FACS.
The results show ALK-A001 can be used for different antibodies conjugation.

Binding signal of products prepared by different size of PE antibody labeling Kit (ALK-A001). The result shows very high consistency (QC tested).
The binding signal of PE labeled anti-FMC63 antibody using ALK-A001 Kit was higher than the other competitor kit (Routinely tested).
The binding signal of PE labeled anti-CD3 antibody using ALK-A001 Kit was higher than the other competitor kit (Routinely tested).
